Description
Blaitiere 2 has a stylish 'montagnard' feel and is in a quality stand-alone building. The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk from the Planards nursery slopes and a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. The apartment has the bonus of a terrace which opens onto a small garden area.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 : Double bed, with ensuite shower room and access to WC
Bedroom 2 : Two single bedsdouble bed, with access to bathroom and WC

OUR OPINION
Being so close to the Planards nursery slopes, we’d say that this apartment is ideal for a family with young children. However, its central location makes it a suitable and popular choice for all guests. The other feature that really sells Blaitiere 2 is its private garden which is a real bonus and is a rarity for a two bedroom apartment in Chamonix centre.
For larger groups we have two 3-bedroom apartments, Blaitiere 1 and Blaitiere 6, in the same building.

Its location is ideal for those who want to have easy access to the town and all its facilities as well as the slopes with the mulet bus stop just 50 metres from the front door. It is a great option for two couples or a family of 4. For larger groups we have another three apartments in the Chamois building accommodating a maximum of 19 people. These are Chamois 1, Chamois 2 and Chamois 4.

Aiguille 1 is a smart property in a great location. This ground floor apartment is in a quiet area close to Chamonix town centre meaning shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Equally, the Planards ski and leisure area is nearby with its popular all-year-round luge. Glass doors from the open plan living area open onto a large private garden which is split between decked terrace and grass, rare in an apartment of this size. KEY FEATURES - Private garden with large terrace and outdoor dining furniture - Smart TV and free Wifi - Washing machine and well-equipped kitchen - Ski locker where you can store all your equipment securely - Underground parking for one car - Maximum height 1.85m BEDROOMS The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows: Bedroom 1 : Two single beds or double bed, with access to a shared bathroom Bedroom 2 : Bunk beds (2 full size single beds), with access to a shared bathroom OUR OPINION This apartment will have a wide appeal due to it's smart interior and central location. We think it'll be really popular with families with children as it will tick a lot of boxes - bunk beds, full kitchen, outdoor space and plenty close by including the swimming pool and Planards beginner ski area. With the calendar opening in February 2024, book early before it's too late!
