Le Brévent 1 is a luxurious and spacious top floor apartment that boasts fabulous views over the town towards the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Drus. Situated in an ideal location, close to Le Brevent lift station and a short walk downhill to the centre of town, you’ll be close to all the towns’ amenities. The stylish yet comfortable interior makes this apartment a perfect mountain retreat.

OUR OPINION
This is a smart contemporary apartment with a quality finish. The living area is particularly spacious for a 2 bedroom property and there is plenty of storage space. Added to this, the proximity to the Planpraz Brevent lift makes it an ideal choice for both skiing and hiking holidays. We hope you will be as delighted with it as we are.
For larger groups we have another 2 bedroom apartment, Brevent 2, and a 3 bedroom apartment, Brevent 3, located in neighbouring buildings.

Please note: There were incidents of flooding in the underground parking of the White Pearl building during 2024. This meant that, at times, the parking was inaccessible and the elevator out of use. Whilst these facilities are currently in working order, permanent solutions to this issue are not yet in place meaning further incidents are possible. To reflect this, prices have been discounted by 10% up until 30th April 2025. There is some parking to the side of the building and public car parks (paying) 2-5 minutes' walk from the property. (19th August 2024). White Pearl C12 has stylish and warm decor throughout. The large balcony has beautiful mountain views including the Aiguille du Midi. The building itself has a great location a short walk from Chamonix centre. A car isn't necessary but if you choose to drive, each apartment has 2 private underground spaces as well as a dedicated ski locker with heated boot dryers. We also have a number of apartments in the White Pearl building. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows: Bedroom 1 : Two single beds or double bed, with ensuite shower and basin, and access to the separate WC Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with adjacent bathroom with separate WC In addition, there is a small, internal room off the hallway with bunk beds suitable for children OUR OPINION We have a number of apartments in the White Pearl building and the first big tick is location! Everything Chamonix has to offer is at walking distance meaning a car isn't necessary. Having said that, if you choose to drive, each apartment has 2 private underground spaces as well as a dedicated ski locker with heated boot dryers. The second reason we love White Pearl is the large balconies, bigger than most in Chamonix. Apartment C12's balcony is particularly impressive and it's position at the rear of the building means the aspect is towards trees and beyond to panoramic mountain views. The photo of the balcony hopefully says it all - an idyllic spot to relax summer or winter. Chamois 2 is part of the redevelopment of a traditional Chamonix building. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard using quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The property is situated in a charming residential area just five minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix as well as the Aiguille du Midi. Like the other three Chamois apartments, Chamois 2 offers ample space for guests, and its pristine modern finish makes it a very comfortable property. KEY FEATURES -Sunny south-facing terrace with fantastic views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi -Entertainment facilities including a Flat-screen TV, DVD Player and WiFi -Washer dryer which is ideal if you have young children or planning a longer holiday -Ski locker where you can securely store all your equipment -Two private external parking spaces BEDROOMS The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows: Bedroom 1 : Two single beds or double bed, with access to shared shower room and separate WC Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with access to shared shower room and separate WC OUR OPINION The Chamois building is in a great central location with easy access to the town and the lift stations. As the apartment is positioned in a residential neighbourhood you’ll find it less busy than other areas of Chamonix. Chamois 2 itself, we see as a very elegant property with a relaxing environment and a wonderful terrace that gets the afternoon sun. If fact, as a ground floor apartment, the outdoor space is considerably larger that similar properties of this capacity. For larger groups we have another three apartments in the Chamois building accommodating a maximum of 19 people. These are Chamois 1, Chamois 3 and Chamois 4.
