Le Brevent 3 is a smartly decorated apartment with quality furnishings throughout. Situated in a fantastic location, just 200 metres from the Planpraz lift and 500 metres from the town centre it offers easy access to both the mountains and all local amenities. This superior apartment is dual aspect with large picture windows and sliding glass doors which provide access to two full-length balconies with mountain views. The large windows flood the property with light and allow you to enjoy the fabulous mountain views from the comfort of the sofa. The three bedrooms are all en-suite which is rare for an apartment which along with the two flexible bedrooms makes it perfect for both families and groups of friends. With so few properties in the Chamonix Valley being ski in and ski out, the fact that Le Brevent 3 in only 200 metres from one of the main lift stations is hugh factor in its favour. All in all, this apartment is a real gem. For larger groups we have two 2 bedroom apartments, Brevent 1 and Brevent 2, located in neighbouring buildings.

NB*: Due to flooding in the basement of White Pearl, the building's lift (elevator) is out of order and the underground parking is inaccessible until further notice. To reflect this ongoing issue, prices have been discounted by 10% up until 30th April 2025. Please note : there is some parking to the side of the building and there are paid for parking options 2-5 minutes' walk from the property. (19th August 2024). White Pearl A11 has stylish and contemporary decor throughout. The 3rd bedroom is flexible meaning it can be prepared as a twin or double to accommodate different group requirements. The open-plan living room is spacious and very light due to the exterior wall having so much glass. Off this living area is the large balcony which has dining furniture and mountain views. The building itself has a great location a short walk from Chamonix centre. Everything Chamonix has to offer is at walking distance meaning a car isn't necessary. Having said that, if you choose to drive, each apartment has 2 private underground spaces as well as a dedicated ski locker with heated boot dryers. The second reason we love White Pearl is the large balconies, bigger than most in Chamonix. Apartment A11's position at the rear of the building means the aspect is towards trees and above to panoramic mountain views. Apartment A12, also with 3 bedrooms, is just across the hallway making the pair a great option for 2 families or a large group.
